Still Thriving: Why Consistency Changed Everything

Why Thrive Still Works for Me After a Year and a Half

When people see me still sharing Thrive after a year and a half, they usually ask the same question:

“Does it really still work?”

The short answer? Yes.

The honest answer? It works because I work it.

I didn’t start this journey looking for something trendy. I started because my gut health was a mess, I was constantly tired, and cravings were running my day. I was frustrated with feeling bloated and uncomfortable in my own skin. I just wanted to feel better.

By day three, I noticed a shift in how I felt. Around day fifteen, the scale started moving. Over time, I wearing a 2XL/XL to a medium. But more important than the size change was the energy, the reduced bloating, and the mental clarity.

So why does it still work after all this time?

Because I stay consistent.

I take it daily. I don’t stop once I feel good. I don’t treat it like a temporary fix. It supports my gut health, helps control my appetite, and gives me steady energy without the crash. It fits into my real life — following WW, doing Bodi workouts, spending time with my grandkids, and keeping up with my spoiled beagle, Zora.

It’s not magic. It’s daily habits.

I also don’t promote anything I haven’t personally had success with. If it had stopped working for me, I wouldn’t still be here talking about it. I’m big on being real — if I share it, it’s because I believe in it.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines and wondering whether it’s just hype, I get it. I was skeptical too. But for me, it’s been about feeling better in my body, having more energy for the people I love, and building habits I can actually sustain.

And that’s why, a year and a half later, I’m still here — and still thriving. 💚

My Secret for Brighter, More Refreshed Eyes

Why I Love DRMTLGY Eye Masks (And Why Consistency Matters) If there’s one thing I’ve learned about skincare, it’s this: consistency makes all the difference. You can have amazing products, but if you’re not using them regularly, you won’t see the results you’re hoping for. One product that has truly impressed me is the DRMTLGY eye masks. These little patches have become one of my favorite additions to my routine because they help my under-eye area look more refreshed, hydrated, and awake. Let’s be honest… life gets busy. Between work, family, and everything else going on, our eyes are usually the first place that shows signs of tiredness. That’s where these masks come in. When I use the DRMTLGY eye masks consistently, I notice my under-eye area feels more hydrated and looks smoother and brighter. They’re easy to use, relaxing, and honestly feel like a small self-care moment during the day. But here’s the key: using them once in a while won’t give you the same results as using...

Staying Consistent Without Motivation

How I Stay Consistent When I Don’t Feel Motivated Let’s be real—motivation is unreliable. Some days you wake up ready to take on the world… and other days, even the smallest task feels like too much. I’ve had plenty of those days. The difference now? I don’t rely on motivation anymore—I rely on consistency. Here’s what’s actually helped me keep showing up, even when I don’t feel like it: 1. I Keep It Simple I stopped overcomplicating everything. When I don’t feel motivated, I don’t try to do everything —I just do something . A short walk. A quick healthy meal. A few minutes of movement. It all counts. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be real. 2. I Focus on Discipline Over Feelings I used to wait until I “felt like it.” That’s a trap. Now, I remind myself: I don’t need to feel motivated to take action. I just need to show up. Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s not my best. 3. I Remember My “Why” When motivation is low, I think about why I started. Not just the physi...
